Hello John,
Your Technician Oscar did a fine job although we still have to get each set of 3 monitors on the stand as the screws were not available at the time of delivery and Install.
Juan Sanchez is working to get this taken care of right away as well he is going to fix a glitch in one of my monitors that is not allowing the cursor arrow to appear properly.
I keep your guys busy every day as I am called on each time one of the ISM’s (Internet Sales Managers) have an issue. Your technicians and Juan especially is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is right and doesn’t try to cut corners to get the job done. He should be commended for his transparent care for the customer’s problem and the computer issue at hand!
I have also dealt with Reggie, Randall, Todd, and they too were very good at getting my Internet Team’s problems fixed, without your company being there for us Huffines Auto Dealerships would really have problems that could cause our customers to lose faith in us and ultimately cost our stores some business.
So thanks again, to you and your guys and gals… can’t forget about Nicci she is really nice to work with and should be commended for getting the tickets started quickly and to the technicians without haste!
