With the Platinum level Managed Service Protection Plan, NetworkElites will support your IT infrastructure by monitoring your selected devices (servers) 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. NetworkElites guarantees a phone response within 15 to 30 minutes for all server down / business critical service calls and a phone response within 30 to 60 minutes for all other service calls. NetworkElites guarantees to be onsite within 2 to 4 hours for all server down / business critical service calls and onsite within 4 to 24 hours for all other service calls that can’t be resolved remotely.
