Referral Program Disclaimer – Network Elites Services, LLC

Eligibility & Payment Terms:

The referred client must be a new client to Network Elites Services, LLC.

• Referral must be documented in writing (email is acceptable) prior to or at the time of the introduction, and clearly identify the referring party.
• The referral fee will be paid within 30 days after the referred client executes a qualifying contract and completes the first payment to Network Elites Services, LLC.
• Only one referral fee will be paid per new client. If multiple individuals claim the same referral, the Company will determine, at its sole discretion, who is eligible based on available evidence.
• Referral fees will be issued via check or ACH transfer; the referring party is responsible for any taxes or reporting associated with receiving this income.

Legal & Tax Notice:

This program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including laws of the State of Texas. Participation in this program does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship between the referring party and Network Elites Services, LLC. Referral fees are considered taxable income and will be reported as required by law (e.g., IRS Form 1099 for U.S. persons earning $600 or more annually).

Limitations and Modifications:

Network Elites Services, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice. Any referrals made before the date of modification or termination will be honored in accordance with the terms in effect at the time the referral was made.

By participating in this program, the referring party acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
